Katari Health is currently in development. We are building a voice-based pre-visit intake tool designed to help patients share their concerns before a medical appointment and to help clinicians review those concerns more efficiently.

This interim privacy statement explains how we handle information submitted through this website while we continue developing our formal privacy, security, and clinical governance framework.

Information we may collect

Through this website, we may collect limited information that you choose to provide, such as:

• Email address

• Organization or clinic name

• Demo request details

• Feedback or comments submitted through a form

• Basic website usage information, such as browser type, device information, and pages visited

If you interact with a demo voice intake, the demo may collect the information you choose to provide during that interaction.

Please do not submit real patient information

Unless you are participating in an approved pilot or formal agreement with Katari Health, please do not submit real patient names, health card numbers, dates of birth, contact details, clinical records, or other identifiable patient health information through the website, demo forms, or demo voice intake.

The current website and demo materials are intended for product exploration, demonstration, and feedback only. They are not intended for use in emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or clinical decision-making.

How we use information

We may use submitted information to:

• Respond to demo requests or inquiries

• Improve Katari Health’s product design and user experience

• Understand interest from clinicians, clinics, academic partners, or pilot sites

• Test and improve early workflows during development

• Maintain website security and functionality

We do not sell personal information.

Clinical and medical limitations

Katari Health does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, interpret test results, or replace a clinician’s judgment. Any clinical summary generated by Katari is intended to support clinician review, not to make medical decisions.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services or seek urgent medical care.

Service providers

We may use trusted technology service providers to operate the website, forms, demo tools, analytics, hosting, email, or voice technology. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Katari Health.

As our product develops, we will review vendor privacy, security, data processing, storage, and retention practices before any approved use involving real patient information.

Security

We take privacy and security seriously and are developing Katari Health with privacy-by-design principles. During development, we aim to limit the information collected, restrict access, and use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For that reason, please avoid submitting sensitive personal health information unless a formal pilot, privacy review, and appropriate agreements are in place.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, such as responding to inquiries, managing demo requests, improving the product, or meeting legal and administrative requirements.

As Katari Health moves toward formal pilots or clinical use, we will define clearer retention, deletion, audit, and access policies.

You may contact us to ask about information you have submitted, request correction, or ask that we delete your information where appropriate.
